The prevailing authority of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia should be clearly understood. In case of any divergence from or conflict with the By-laws or Policies of the Board of Regents, the official By-laws and Policies of the Board of Regents shall prevail. Regents policies are available online.

Listed below is the contact information for each major Georgia College division, should you have any questions regarding specific policies. While each division prepares its own section of the Manual, the information in each section, unless otherwise noted, is applicable and useful to all College personnel.
