The Office of Human Resources functions to serve the best interests of both the employees and Georgia College (GC). The Chief Human Resources Officer and the Human Resources staff are responsible for implementing University personnel policies, recruiting, position classification, wage and salary administration, orientation, training, employee records, and staff benefits.
