FINC 4999 Undergraduate Research

Prerequisites: MGMT 3101 or ECON 4340, two finance electives, and permission of instructor. This course provides junior and senior students with the foundational skills and knowledge necessary to engage in research alongside finance faculty. Emphasizing hands-on experience, students will learn to identify research questions, collect and analyze financial data, and apply theoretical concepts to real-world financial issues. Through collaborative projects and mentorship, students will gain insights into applied finance research, preparing them for further studies in graduate programs or careers in the financial sector.
